"I booked a premium hearing assessment having had problems with my hearing over a period of time. I was really impressed with the whole set up here. Everything feels relaxed and professional unlike a previous assessment I had at the hospital a few years ago, on what felt like a conveyor belt. Alex takes a lot of time to explain everything.
